Non-IT Recruiter Call Training is developed and designed for the new and the experienced Non-IT recruiters. The goal of this training is to make new recruiters confident and call ready and offer experienced recruiter a chance to improve their call quality and reduce dropout numbers. The objective of this training is to help both new and experienced recruiters standardize their call patterns, use quick apply scripts and powerful statements, learn new ways of call handling, have better control on dropout ratio and master professional calling styles.
